Former Brunswick Naval Air Station
Watermark provided year-round caretaker services for the Navy at the Former Naval Air Station (NAS) Brunswick located in Brunswick, ME. Watermark was responsible for performing service and emergency trouble calls, utility locating services and gas free testing. The services also included ground maintenance services (tree, shrub, and hedge trimming; weed control; ditch cleaning), snow removal including application of sand/salt mixture, refuse collection and disposal, custodial services including cleaning of sewage lift stations and security services. For work involving significant health and safety challenges, a Hazard Specific Safety Plan was prepared which included an Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA) for each definable feature of work.
Watermark tracked trouble calls on an Emergency/Service Trouble Call Log. The Emergency/Service Trouble Call Log included the date, service call number, work order number, reason for emergency/service trouble call, type of call (emergency or service), quantity, and status.
Watermark responded to emergency trouble calls, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, within 1 hour of receipt of call during regular working hours and 2 hours of receipt of call outside of regular working hours. Emergency trouble calls were completed within 24 hours of receipt.
